At Wipe2Shine, we strive to provide the best car washing services and car decoration products to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

## 1. Refunds for Car Washing Services

1.1 If you are not satisfied with the car washing service provided, please contact us immediately at info@wipe2shine.ca or +1 647-446-7969 to discuss your concerns.

1.2 Refunds for car washing services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that the service provided was unsatisfactory, we may offer a partial or full refund, or re-service at no additional cost.

## 2. Refunds for Car Decoration Products

2.1 You have 30 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received the car decoration product.

2.2 To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2.3 To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wipe2shine.ca with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

## 3. Return Shipping

3.1 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

## 4. Refund Process

4.1 Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

4.2 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take several days to process, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

5.1 Certain items and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Used car decoration products
– Services that have already been rendered and accepted
